The block is just over 1000 sqm ( 1/4 acre) and, with the location of the current home, lends itself to a second residence in the front (STCA). This home has potential oozing from every hardwood weatherboard and would not take a lot of work to be ready to rent. With a good refresh, it would easily achieve in excess of $400 per week.
