Which travels daily at various times to Townsville 7 days a week. Within Nelly Bay area close to terminal is the convenience of IGA supermarket, plus a few blocks away, chemist, doctors, bottle shop, restaurants. There is bus lines that stop at the front of the resort, which meet the ferry time schedules. The ferry trips are approximately 25 minutes to Townsville. As strata title units, Body Corporate Levies and Townsville City Rates apply to each owner. Electricity for the unit is included in the Body Corporate levies.
