First step is GGL Earth..9-13 Madang Crescent. Runaway Bay. Qld. 10 mins to Surfers Paradise, 5 mins to Paradise Point, 2 mins to Woollies..school..sports fields, 20 seconds to open water! Take a long, slow look at the area and surroundings! Zoom out I did this prior to purchase and couldn't believe the opportunity here. Note the beach and parkland right there! Note the proximity to water. You are living on a canal frontage with unabridged access to the Broadwater within moments. Pacific Ocean in 5 minutes. Very rare! This means great boat access, including a fully masted yacht. No pontoon included but through the years I have had many neighbours gift the use of their unused pontoons because they are lovely and happy to see a boat being savoured. Think about this!
