Over 67 hectares of pure beauty (672,600m2); you sincerely think you are in the hobbit village of the Lord of the rings. Everything is ready for the next batch of cattle grazing, the cattle loading station and park remains (see photo), the solar power pump delivers water from a spring; the most beautiful water I have ever drunk, so fresh. The owner has the authorisation from the local Council to build a house on this exceptional property.
