Doors will open at 5pm, with the auction kicking off at 6pm sharp. This allows time to have a chat with us to discuss any questions you may have prior to bidding. Please note, we will accept bids subject to finance approval as usual. However, we do require a finance pre-approval or letter from your bank or broker prior to the auction. Following the auction, Roebuck Developments will be hosting a community event with drinks and nibbles provided, along with the opportunity to speak with a range of local builders who will be available to assist with any questions.
