More considerations to keep in mind: - Strictly for your own holiday use only ie, cabins can NOT be let out to third parties. - Max of 6 persons to be named on the Lease with Racecourse Beach Tourist Park. - This is NOT an investment - Pets allowed outside of peak times, on a leash at all times, and of a size within reason - Please note this is not suitable for permanent living and the MAX. occupancy is 180 nights per year. - Site Fees per month approx $814 inc. GST - Access to all the holiday park facilities ie, jumping pillow, mini-golf, kids club, pool, tennis courts, and so much more. - Insurance at your cost - Electricity & Water NOT included - these utilities will be billed to you throughout the year. - Furnished contents may include, beds, couch, table, dishwasher, fridge etc.
