The property has bitumen road frontage and is set high in the landscape with expansive views looking southeast towards the Stirling ranges. The land has excellent soil types being granite loams and duplex gravelly loams. The boundary fence is in very good condition being Ringlock with steel and timber posts. There are three dams one of which is approx 3,000cu mts and is suitable for livestock. There is an estimated 60.6 hectares of cleared land which is currently being used to run livestock but it can also be utilised for cereal and pulse crops or Canola. This property is suitable as an add on or as a separate lifestyle block, being relatively close to two towns with schooling and shops and only 75 minutes drive from the city of Albany.
