Topography is mainly undulating. Vegetation consists of jarrah, marri and gum mallee. Soil types are consistent and vary from loams over gravel and clay. The broadacre property has been operating as a mixed cropping/sheep livestock operation. There are 20 paddocks supported by a central laneway system. Fencing is excellent and comprises 10 line ringlock and plain wire externally, with 7 line ringlock on steel posts internally. All with steel gates.
