The design is superb for anyone who needs space to cater to the masses, but for the masses to kind of be part of it all as well. There's a big breakfast bar that goes right across the workspace, and even when you're undertaking what some might consider to be the job of preparing food, you're still in the mix of everything that's happening. There's a large lounge area for the couch and the gathering together. Then there's a great-sized meals area for everyone to sit down and be together. All of it flows perfectly into the alfresco area. And whilst it might make sense to talk about the outside as a separate element of the home, it's a huge part of everyday life here, so we might as well just include it in this bit. The big sliding doors open up to the alfresco area where the drop-down blinds create a year-round entertaining area. I say entertaining area, it might be that you're entertaining a big crowd, or it might just be that you're entertaining yourself. Whatever the case, it's perfectly designed to accommodate those needs. They love the barbecue, these folks, and it's been well set up to have internal and external chef expertise performing at their very best. We'll come back outside to talk about the gardens and lawns in a moment, but for now, let's go back inside and keep exploring what's on offer, because there's a whole lot to see. The theatre room is fantastic and has exceptional appeal. It's a great space to zone out from everything else that's going on in the house or the world, shut the doors, and crank up the volume. Whilst it is a home theatre, you can open it up to have plenty of natural light, so if big noises and special effects aren't your thing, then it makes for a lovely sitting room. Now, all of that's great, but there's a pretty high chance that if you're the person reading this ad, you'll be the person whose name is on the title. And if your name's on the title, you get the big bedroom. And what a bedroom it is. The master suite is pretty much like a hotel. A large room with a beautiful ensuite bathroom. The ensuite bathroom has been designed to maximise the appeal of getting home at the end of the day and unwinding. The luxurious spa bath is central to this area. And the whole design just seems like, frankly, a lot of fun. You've got the bath, you've got the bedroom, you've got the large shower. It's all very attractive, very private, and very appealing. There's a central activity area or study between the three rooms, so it's a great place for the homework or the work-from-home to happen. There are a couple of key highlights in here, one of them being reverse-cycle ducted air conditioning, and the home has solar panels as well, so running all of this is easy. But it's not just one of those homes where you've got to be conscious of using the power at just the right moment to maximise the solar. This one has battery backup, so when the sun is shining, you're saving money. Even if you're getting home at the end of the day and cranking up the aircon, it's all working in your favour. It's pretty special to be able to live this luxuriously, but also frugally. Whilst I've mentioned the alfresco area, we still need to mention a couple of key factors to what's going on outside. One of them is the double garage, which has shopper's access into the main home. The design of this is excellent and the translucent door allows great natural light into this space, so it's not like entering into some dark cave every time you go out to the car.
