I think the rest is best described by the seller: "The quiet extraction fan will not interfere with your conversations. The motor is up in the roof in the ductwork. The tap can be extended and has a spray option. Look in the dishwasher. Even after 10 years it is clean and sparkling without any odour. Peek in the corner cupboards. I will really miss these pull-out shelves. The new oven has an "airfry" tray. It can also be programmed to turn on and/or off after a set period of time.
