There is a shed on site for storing all your holiday needs and a large undercover deck area at the front of the caravan provides the perfect spot to soak in the views. You'll be within minutes of the beach and the local jetty/pontoon, where activities are limited only by your imagination. Paddle boarding, swimming, fishing, and beachcombing spring to mind. Bruny Island is accessible from the Tasmanian mainland via a regular ferry service between Kettering and Roberts Point. The township of Alonnah is a 35-minute drive (approx) from Roberts Point and boasts Bruny Island's only pub and bottleshop - Hotel Bruny. It is also serviced by a community health centre, pharmacy, police station, the Bruny Island District School, and a number of local parks. The tourist hot spots Get Shucked, Bruny Island Cheese, and the Bruny Island Chocolate Co. are within 15-20 minutes' drive and it's a great spot to base yourself if you are a keen hiker as Bruny Island offers many stunning day walks.
