You can see it on the map for yourself, but it's walking distance to schools, it's close to the bus stop and the shopping centre, with Aldi located just up the road. Daycares, medical services and more are all within very easy reach. But in this cul-de-sac location, there's not a lot of passing traffic, and you maintain a pleasant position that doesn't feel busy.
