This is a beautiful place to call home. Set high on the hill with a stunning outlook across the metro area and directly to our beautiful city skyline, this is, without doubt, one of the premier locations that very few people have ever heard about. LIVING HERE What an absolutely brilliant place we have on offer here, 38 Carrick Road, Mount Richon is every bit as practical as it is attractive. A two-storey home with real liveability. It has been designed to take in that magnificent view. You can see from the floor plan how well laid out it is, but I'll give you the brief rundown anyway. The kitchen and living areas are upstairs. I say "living areas" because there's one central living room up here, but you're going to spend a lot of time living out on the balcony, I expect. The balcony has you perfectly perched to take in that stunning view across the hills and across to the city. It's simply remarkable. When you're out here, there is so much to love about the kind of atmosphere that this creates. It just feels like every day is a get-together and a reason to celebrate… even when you're just getting together with the people you live with. It's so well positioned, and it's sure to be where everyone comes to watch the fireworks on special occasions, or just the incredible sunsets any day of the week. The kitchen is, no doubt, going to need to cater to some pretty great events when you have a place as beautiful as this. Within the kitchen, we have a good-sized pantry, gas cooking, and room to get things done. The living area itself will comfortably fit larger furniture styles, positioning everything, of course, so you can still see the view as well as the TV. The main bedroom is a good size. The main bathroom has a separate shower and bath, and the laundry is down here too. You can see it; the floor plan really does work so very well. Outside, the upstairs balcony is sure to be where most of the big events happen, but there is plenty to like about everything else out here too. We are in the hills, so this is not a flat block. And whilst it's not a flat block, it is an accessible one. There is plenty of room for parking here, with the garage as well as additional open parking spaces. It's a concrete driveway, and there's ample turning space up here as well. There's heaps of parking in that garage, as well as additional storage, including the garden shed. The rear part of the block is largely self-maintaining, with the occasional prune required for this mostly native garden. It's a 1012sqm block so you've got room to enjoy front back and beyond. WHERE IT IS Mount Richon is a beautiful place to live. It's a well-established location, surrounded by quality homes. You're just a couple of minutes away from the Armadale Town Centre, where you have great shops, cafes, restaurants, and more. You can walk to virtually everything from here, and it's just minutes away from the train station, schools, and everything you need for a convenient life.
