Only about two kms out of town is this brilliant block, just ripe for your new home build. It's unusual to have a block with a view that isn't steep, but that's exactly what we have here. Clunes is right in the heart of the central goldfields, ten minutes to Creswick, with restaurants and the RACV Golf Resort, half an hour to Daylesford or Ballarat and under two hours to Melbourne.
