This is the ultimate dream of so many, but it is often out of the reach of the average person. Not the case with this property. If you do, however, wander inside, you will not be disappointed. The living and kitchen have new bamboo floors, and the kitchen is the chef's own, with a good island bench space, mostly drawers, and an integrated dishwasher and stainless steel appliances. Three good-sized bedrooms all have airconditiong and a lounge room that flows through to the dining/ kitchen also benefits from a large, modern air conditioner. There is a double garage along with a very high clearance carport suitable for the reef boat or caravan. The boat ramp is less than 100 metres away, and the community hall is where all the locals gather on a Friday afternoon to partake in a few beers and talk about the one that got away.
