Structural improvements and operational infrastructure include multiple residences and staff accommodation, a weighbridge and associated infrastructure, as well as machinery/storage shedding, workshops, offices and an airstrip. Strategically located on the northern side of the Macintyre River, in the well-regarded Border Rivers region, close to Goondiwindi (30* linear kilometres), Toowoomba (175* linear kilometres) and Brisbane (275* linear kilometres).
