The soil type then changes and becomes harder shaily type soil and rocky with some scrub. The house sits at the rear of the block. This is a deceased estate and there is still quite a lot of things left behind. Some is only suitable for scrap metal but some things could be utilized. This area could do with a clean up. The house itself is in good condition and ready to move into. There are 4 good rain water tanks servicing the home. The ten acres is fully fenced on the boundary. Good mobile reception.
