The kitchen is more than adequate for the present owner and there is a breakfast bar for easy, quick meals before going for the easy walk around the Resort - meet your neighbours whilst achieving your exercise regime. The living area is open plan and the dining area does allow for a dining suite to be utilised. One the special features of this waterfront home is the back deck which is fully weatherproof by use of decking and clear cafe roll down blinds. You will not miss any of the birdlife or turtle activity on the lake - so much to view and enjoy. Your visitors will be impressed with the welcoming deck and main entrance when they visit. When you purchase a Manufactured Home you purchase the house only and Lease the land ( often referred to as the Site Fee). Because you purchase the house only, there is no Council Rate Charges and no Stamp Duty to be paid. It is not a Retirement Village and so there no Entry or Exit Fees to be paid and when you sell you, as the owner, receive the sale price as there is no compulsory refurbishment fees to be paid. Although if the property is well maintained and presents well then it is more likely to achieve a very good price. These Parks have increased in price too but are still and affordable option as a Lifestyle Choice - plenty of friendly neighbours, great social and recreational activities to enjoy and very friendly and caring On Site Managers.
