About this property

Dear Future Owners, From the moment we first walked through the front door, there was an immediate sense of space that drew us in. The open-plan design and expansive central lounge created a feeling of connection and comfort - it was easy to imagine this becoming a home filled with life, and that's exactly what it became. Over the years, this home has evolved completely. We've poured our heart into every detail, transforming it from top to bottom with a brand new kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, fencing, fireplace, pool, oversized patio, landscaping, roof restoration, and air conditioning in every room. What stands today is a home that feels effortless, functional, and beautifully finished. There are so many spaces we've loved, it's hard to choose just one. The front entrance, with its lush plant feature, captures the most incredible afternoon westerly sun. It creates a warmth that fills the home, especially in the cooler months. Then there's the outdoor entertaining zone, where the patio overlooks the pool - a space that has truly been the heart of our family life. From first birthdays to Christmas celebrations and New Year's gatherings, it's where so many memories have been made. Summer days are spent living by the pool, while winter brings a different kind of magic - cosy evenings by the fireplace, with that golden light still streaming through the front of the home. The seamless connection between indoors and outdoors, enhanced by five sliding doors, allows fresh air and natural light to flow through every corner. There are also thoughtful touches you may not notice at first glance - full insulation, block-out dual blinds, a chicken pen, and grafted fruit trees for those wanting a taste of urban farming (though we'll admit, the chickens have become part of the family and aren't included!). This home has been the backdrop to some of our most precious moments. We bought it with a vision of bringing our babies home, and over time, we've watched three little ones grow into teenagers within these walls. One moment we'll never forget was installing the pool when our youngest was just a week old - our toddlers watching in excitement as it all came to life. If we could take one thing with us, it would be the pool area and the incredible open-plan flow - the way this home brings people together is something truly special. As much as we love it here, we're now ready for our next chapter - more space, more land, and the opportunity to embrace acreage living with our animals. We hope you'll fall in love with this home just as we did, and create your own beautiful memories here.
