Extensive modern buildings include large commodities shed; extensive grain storage, and brand-new facilities shed comprising workshop, machinery storage and supplement storage. The feedlot and farm water system comprises an electric-powered bore with modern submersible pump, two Grundfos pressure pumps, and there is a back-up generator. 84.72 mega litre water licence included.
