This is an absolutely awesome property for anyone who's looking to purchase something with space, something with appeal, and something that just works together to create an exceptionally comfortable and convenient lifestyle. You can see the floor plan and you can see the photos, but nothing beats coming to see this in person. It has so much appeal, and it's just a lovely place to be. LIVING HERE Offering great natural light throughout the main living space, there's something about all of this that just feels comfortable. The kitchen overlooks the main living area, and there is ample room for getting things done. Not that it's the sort of house that demands you do a lot. If you're getting things done, it's probably just stuff you want to do to enjoy your lifestyle. After all, in a position like this, you're close to great walking trails, great recreation facilities, and so much more. There's always something to do around here, but not around the house. That kind of just takes care of itself. The main bedroom is positioned at the front of the home and is particularly large. It's approximately four metres wide and the king-size bed that's in here at the moment fits comfortably, with room to spare. There's also a walk-in wardrobe and a good-size ensuite bathroom with an extra-large shower. The secondary bedrooms both have built-in wardrobes and the main bathroom also has great space and a big shower. Not that you likely came here to read the opinions of real estate agents, however, I've got to say, after 20 years of looking at villas and houses, there's something about this one that just seems to work better than most. It could just be me, but I reckon once you've watched the video, and better yet, come and see it in person, I think you'll agree. It just feels like a nice place to be. From a practical perspective, there are roller shutters on the windows of the bedrooms, making it ideal for anyone who likes to choose what time they wake up without being told what to do by the sun or the weather. And there is reverse-cycle ducted air conditioning throughout the home as well. So, to a degree, you control your comfort at the push of a button. WHERE IT IS There is a great appeal to this location. You can see more of it on the map, where you'll realise you don't have to zoom out far to see that it's close to the shops, the Canning River, and all the other conveniences on offer in this attractive part of town. It also features a double lock-up garage, so while it's an easy place to walk around, you're not restricted with your options. Great storage, great parking, great living, great opportunity.
