Under Contract - Twenty years ago this valuable farming resource was propagated to Eucalypt plantation. It has completed a cycle and harvest and has been returned to private ownership to be reverted again to farmland. The views from this property are simply awesome! Views from the property, as do many in the area, feature the magnificence of Mount Roland, but also encompass Van Dyke, Mount Claude, Cradle Mountain, the Badgers Ranges and the Western Tiers.
