This blue ribbon backgrounding property is centrally located 70kms to St George, 134 kms to Roma and 137 kms to Mitchell. It is also only 8kms to Begonia school, has bitumen road frontage, internet, mobile phone coverage and mail twice weekly. The country consist of approx 60% self mulching black soils with balance 40% to lighter red loams. The grasses are predominantly buffel and mitchell albeit there is some areas planted to improved pastures of bambatsi, butterfly pea and desmanthus. Timbers are largely brigalow and belah, with a mix of myall, box, wilga, sandalwood and coolibah. There is a small area of mulga on it's western boundary.
