This lovely parcel of High Country heaven is only 15 kilometres from the great shops, cafes, pubs and schools of Mansfield. We're not sure you will want to go into 'town' too often once you settle in here though! The rural living zoning dramatically reduces the amount of red tape you need to build your dream home. You will definitely want to include some big windows to take full advantage of the amazing views. The huge gums trees provide shade, privacy and homes to a wide variety of native birds. If you want some bigger 4 legged friends there is already a large dam and good fencing including a nice post and rail entrance plus a holding pen, race and loading ramp plus a great storage shed or tack room if you have horses. There is a decent driveway up to the hut on top of the hill, and we think this would be a good spot for a house...or perhaps you want to keep it rustic and just camp out for a while. It's super private....and did we mention the views???
